My name is Alfred Alicea. I’m an athlete, and fitness model. I'm from a small city in Small Island (Lares Puerto Rico).  I’m proud to be the first Lareño to get a PRO Card and be able to represent my city and country in the professional IFBB League.  Hope to motivate and help you with you goals
